Office Policies
To Schedule an Appointment
Appointment calls are taken Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
We try our best to stay on schedule, although emergencies do arise on occasion. We ask for your patience if you have to wait; we know your time is valuable. Please assist us by being on time for your appointment.
Telephone Calls
Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. If you have had a test and have not been informed of the results by our office within ten days, please call.
In Case of an Emergency
A physician is on call 24-hours a day in case of emergencies. If you have an urgent problem at night or during the weekend, call our main telephone number at (412) 661-3400, to reach The Center for Urologic Care answering service. The service will then reach the physician on call.
Prescriptions
If you anticipate the need for more medications please phone our office during normal office hours, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday. Prescriptions will be filled at night or on weekends if the situation is urgent.
