David O. Hepps, MD

David O. Hepps, MD David O. Hepps, M.D., is a San Francisco, California native. His Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania was followed by a medical degree from Jefferson Medical School. Urology residency at the University of Illinois and his oncology fellowship from the University of Miami completed his training. He then joined the Center for Urologic Care in Private practice. He is board eligible by The American Board of Urology.

Jay A. Lutins, MD

Jay A. Lutins, MD Jay A. Lutins, M.D., was born and raised in Roanoke, VA. He received hi Bachelor of Science degree from Washington & Lee University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended the medical College of Virginia where he earned his medical degree. He completed his residency training in urology at the University of Pittsburgh after which he entered private practice. He is certified by The American Board of Urology.

Allan B. Schachter, MD

Allan B. Schachter, MD Allan B. Schacter, M.D., is a Pittsburgh native. He attended Washington & Jefferson College, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his medical degree at the Chicago Medical School, completed his residency training in urology at the University of Pittsburgh, and then entered private practice. He is certified by The American Board of Urology.

Arthur D. Thomas, MD

Arthur D. Thomas, MD Arthur D. Thomas, M.D., was raised in Johnstown, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree and completed urology residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He then joined the Center for Urologic Care in private practice. He is certified by The American Board of Urology.
